Indiana Resources Limited ( Indiana or Company ) (ASX: IDA) advises that:

1. Indiana’s 2024 Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) will be held on on Thursday 21 November 2024 ; and

2. Under ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of Zuleika will be 9 October 2024.
