Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday 23rd September,2023 to Friday 29th September,2023 (both days inclusive), for purpose of the 41 st Annual General Meeting of our Company which is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th September,2023 through VC/OAVM.

The Company has fixed Friday, 22nd September,2023 as the “Cut-off Date” for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM and to attend the AGM.
