In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have to inform you that Shri K Ramachandran, Executive Director of the Bank has demitted office on 30.06.2021 upon superannuation. Accordingly, Shri K Ramachandran has ceased to be Executive Director of the Bank with effect from 01.07.2021
