Subject: Annual General Meeting, Record Date and Book Closure

In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on date i.e., 06.05.2024 has, inter alia, approved as under:

1. The 18[th] Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Bank will be held on Saturday, the 15[th] June, 2024 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

2. The Record Date for payment of dividend will be Friday, the 07[th] June, 2024 (closure of Business Hours). The payment of dividend is subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

3. Book Closure from Saturday, the 08[th] June 2024 to Saturday, the 15[th] June 2024 (both days inclusive) in connection with the ensuing Annual General Meeting and Dividend payment.
