Subject: Intimation of Board Meeting and Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimation is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021, inter-alia to:

1. consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021;

2. recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2021.

Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares has been closed from April 01, 2021 till the expiry of forty-eight (48) hours after the announcement/ declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.
