Note: On 24[th] December 2019, Mahle Electric Drives Japan Corporation (one of the promoter entities of the target company) carried out an inter-se transfer of 30,00,000 equity shares in the target company viz., India Nippon Electricals Limited, to its group company Mahle Holding (India) Private Limited, under Regulation 10 (1) (a) (iii) of SEBI (Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations. 2011. Hence, Mahle Holding (India) Private Limited became a part of the Promoter/Promoter Group of the Target Company, pursuant to the inter-se transfer and there is no change in overall shareholding of Promoter/ Promoter Group. *Shareholding details of the respective promoter(s), member of the promoter group and PAC with him specified in Annexure A
