In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, as amended and as per the company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the company will be closed for all Directors, Promoters/Promoter Group, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday, July 1, 2023, and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, to the public.
The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, will be intimated in due course.
