In terms of Regulation 30, Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, kindly be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, the October 16, 2024 to consider and approve Postal Ballot Notice with regard to appointment of Mrs. Leena Tuteja (DIN: 10765107) as NonExecutive Independent Director for a period of five years w.e.f. September 17, 2024 to September 16, 2029.
