In terms of Regulation 29 & 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, kindly be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Tuesday, the November 12, 2024 to consider and approve the following items:-

1. To consider and approve Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 together with Unaudited Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended September 30, 2024 along with Limited Review Report submitted by Statutory auditors, under IND-As Rules.

2. To consider and approve the Related Party Transactions.

4. Any other items with the permission of the Chair.

Trading Window is already closed from October 01, 2024 and shall re-open on Thursday, November 14, 2024 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
