In pursuance to Regulation 25(3) & (4) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Schedule IV, Clause VII of Companies Act, 2013, a separate meeting of the Independent Directors of the company was held today, Wednesday, the December 04, 2024. The composition of the Independent Directors is as under:-

Evaluated the Quantity, Quality and timeliness of flow of information between the company’s management and Board in line with the requirements of Regulation 25 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with applicable provisions of Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 which was found to be satisfactory.
The meeting commenced at 03:15 p.m. and ended at 04.00 p.m.
