Re: Outcome of meeting of the Board of Directors of the company

In continuation to our letter BSE/2022-2023/043 dated February 16, 2023, kindly be informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, the Board on the recommendations of the Audit Committee has considered and approved the following items:-

1. Re-appointment of M/s Anjali Yadav & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries (FCS No. 6628 & CP No. 7257) as Secretarial Auditor of the company in terms of provisions of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 for the financial year ending March 31, 2023.

2. Re-appointment of Sh. S.K.Aggarwal, Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor of the company as provided in Section 138 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with 13(1) of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 for the financial year ending March 31, 2023.

The meeting commenced at 12:20 p.m. and concluded at 12:50 p.m.
