Ref.: Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company dtd.11.01.2022 - Corrigendum.
This has with reference to the Notice dated 11th January, 2022 ("EGM Notice") convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders ("EGM") of India Steel Works Limited scheduled to be held on Monday, 14th February 2022 at 2.00 p.m.(IST) through video conferencing ("VC") or other audio-visual means ("OAVM").
Reference the EGM Notice, the same be read with the following corrections: "Special Resolution", wherever appears to be read as an "Ordinary Resolution".
A corrigendum in this regard has been dispatched to the shareholders today, attached herewith. All other contents of the EGM Notice remain unchanged. Necessary arrangements has been made to publish the same in the NEWS papers.
The Company sincerely regrets any inconvenience.

Corrigendum to the Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting dtd. 11-01-2022
India Steel Works Limited ('the Company") had issued Notice dated 11-01-2022 ("EGM Notice") for convening an Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company, scheduled to be held on Monday, 14th February, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (IST), through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Notice of the EGM has been dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the relevant rules made there under.
We refer to item no.1 of the "EGM Notice" which pertains to seeking approval of the Shareholders for Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company and consequent Alteration in the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
Due to oversight, inadvertently, there has been an error in the Notice, wherein the said Item no. 1 has been proposed as a "Special Resolution" instead of an "Ordinary Resolution". To clarify item No.1 of the Notice of the EGM shall be subject to the approval of the members of the Company pursuant to an "Ordinary Resolution" and in the Notice of the EGM, notes, explanatory statement annexed, all references to "Special Resolution" in the context of the item No.1 should be read as "Ordinary Resolution". Members are requested to kindly take note of this error and corresponding correction.
This Corrigendum to the Notice of the EGM shall form an integral part of the Notice of the EGM which hasalready been circulated to the shareholders of theCompany and on and from the date hereof, the Notice of the EGM shall always be read in conjunction with this Corrigendum. This Corrigendum is also being published and will also be available on the website of BSE Ltd. and on the website of the Company (www.indiasteel.in).
All other contents of the "EGM Notice", save and except as modified or supplemented by this Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged.
