Sub: Proposal to apply for Extension of time for holding 34" Annual General meeting (AGM) of the Company for the period ending 31" March 2021.

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, considering the hardships / difficulties, due to Covid-19 pandemic circumstances, to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company, for the Financial Year ended 31" March, 2021, on time, have proposed to avail the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai to hold the said Annual General Meeting on or before 30.12.2021.

The Board has approved the aforesaid proposal by passing a circular resolution today i.e on 25.08.2021 to make the application to the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra for extension of 3 Months time for holding the Annual General meeting of the Company for the period ended 31.03.2021.

On receipt of the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai for extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial year ended 31.03.2021, we will intimate the same.
