Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”)-Intimation for disruption of operations due to Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that in view of the nationwide lockdown and advisories, orders & directions issued by Central/State/Local authorities, to prevent and contain the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, operations of the Company’s Plant at Kashipur, Selaqui-Dehradun (Uttarakhand) and Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) have been disrupted and accordingly, are being shut down. All the employees in our Offices have been instructed to work from home.

The Company is monitoring the situation closely.

The Company being a responsible corporate citizen, has been taking appropriate measures to ensure safety and health of all its employees at various offices/plant locations against spread of COVID -19.
