भीमताल। पशु पालन विभाग के तत्वावधान में ब्लॉक अन्तर्गत ग्राम जंतवाल गांव के लमजला में ब्लॉक स्तरीय पशु प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें सीता देवी की गाय को चैम्पियन घोषित किया गया।

मुख्य अतिथि ब्लॉक प्रमुख डॉ विभिन्न श्रेणियों में प्रथम, द्वितीय और हरीश सिंह बिष्ट ने पदर्शनी का शुभारंभ किया। प्रदर्शनी में क्षेत्र के पशुपालकों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लेते सम्मानित किया गया, जबकि अन्य जिसमें 60 से अधिक पशुपालकों ने प्रदान किए गए। प्रमुख ने कहा पशु प्रतिभाग किया। प्रदर्शनी में बछिया, शंकर गाय, बद्री गाय, बैल जोडी तथा भैंस वर्ग में पशुओं का मूल्यांकन करने के साथ ही स्वरोजगार को किया गया। चैम्पियन पशु का बढ़ावा मिलता है। दुग्ध उत्पादन को पुरस्कार सीता देवी की गाय को दिया बढ़ावा देने से ग्रामीण काश्तकारों की गया। निर्णायक मंडल ने पशओं की आर्थिक स्थिति में सधार आ रहा है। नस्ल, स्वास्थ्य और रखरखाव के कहा इस प्रकार के आयोजनों से

भावना विकसित होती है और पशुओं तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले की बेहतर देखभाल के लिए प्रेरणा पशुपालकों को पुरस्कार देकर मिलती है। वरिष्ठ पशु अधिकारी डा दीक्षित ने पशुपालकों को पशुपालन से हुए अपने पशुओं का प्रदर्शन किया। प्रतिभागियों को भी सांत्वना पुरस्कार संबंधित तकनीकी जानकारी दी गई। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता ग्राम प्रधान प्रदर्शनी से पशुपालकों को उन्नत नस्ल हेमा जंतवाल ने की। यहां ज्येष्ठ प्रमुख के पशु पालन के लिए प्रोत्साहित उमेश पलडिया. बीडीसी अजय जंतवाल, गौरव रमोला, कमल जंतवाल, सुमित जंतवाल, आन सिंह, कंदन सिंह, दिवान सिंह, भवन सिंह, रेवती देवी. रेखा देवी. लता देवी. डॉ स्वाति भोज, डॉ कमला, डॉ विनीता आधार पर विजेता का चयन किया। पशपालकों में स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा की समेत तमाम पशपालक मौजद रहे।

उत्तर उजाला ब्यूरो रुद्रपर। भदईपुरा निवासी एक महिला ने अपने पति और ससराल पक्ष के आठ लोगों के विरुद्ध दहेज उत्पीड़न, शारीरिक शोषण और तीन तलाक देने का मामला दर्ज कराया है। वरिष्ठ पलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर पुलिस ने आरोपियों पर कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी है। पीडि़ता नाजरीन ने तहरीर में बताया कि उसका निकाह दिसंबर 2021 में आले हसन निवासी बिलासपुर के साथ हुआ था। आरोप है कि विवाह के पहले दिन से ही पति आले हसन, ससुर नसीर, सास फिरोजा, जेठ जावेद, देवर नूर हसन और नन्दोई पक्ष के लोग उसे कम दहेज के लिए ताने देने लगे। ससुरालियों ने पांच लाख रुपये नकद और कार की मांग को लेकर उसका उत्पीड़न शुरू कर दिया। पीडिता ने आरोप लगाया कि दिल्ली प्रवास के दौरान उसके जेठ जावेद ने उसके साथ अश्लील हरकतें कीं विरोध करने पर उसे बुरी तरह पीटा गया। तहरीर के अनुसार पूर्व में महिला हेल्प डेस्क में समझौता होने के बावजूद ससुरालियों का व्यवहार नहीं बदला। आरोप है कि 26 नवंबर 2025 को पति ने फोन पर एक गवाह की मौजूदगी में उसे तीन बार तलाक तलाक बोल दिया। पुलिस ने तहरीर के आधार पर सभी नामजद आरोपियों के विरुद्ध मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

भाई और उसके साथी पर पति पर हमले का आरोप

काशीपुर। एक बहन ने भाई व उसके साथी पर ही पति पर जानलेवा हमला कर गंभीर रूप से घायल करने का आरोप लगाया है। ग्राम गुलजारपुर निवासी सर्वजीत कौर ने कुण्डेश्वरी पुलिस चौकी को तहरीर र्देकर बताया कि 16 मार्च को उसका पति प्रिंसपाल सिंह पुत्र कुलविन्दर सिंह बंजारी गेट से डम्पर भरकर नेशनल स्टोन क्रशर पर जा रहा था कि वन विभाग चौकी से पहले सड़क पर गुलजारपुर निवासी उसका भाई अंग्रेज सिंह पत्र गरविन्दर सिंह ने डम्पर रोका और उसके पति के साथ गाली–गलौज करने लगा। उसका पति डंपर से नीचे उतरा तो एक नकाबपोश व्यक्ति हाथ में तलवार लेकर आया और उसके भाई अंग्रेज सिंह के हाथ में लोहे की रॉड थी और दोनों मिलकर उसके पति पर हमला कर उसे जख्मी कर दिया। बताया कि उसके पति ने बचाव किया तो उसके पति की एक अंगुली कट गई तथा बांये हाथ और पैरों पर गम्भीर चोटें आयी हैं जिसे सरकारी अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। जहां से डाक्टर ने उसके पति को हायर सेंटर रिफर कर दिया। पुलिस ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ बीएनएस की धारा 115(2), 126(2), 351(3), 352 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।

उत्तराखण्ड बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग

( संसद द्वारा पारित राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग अधिनियम, 2005 के अंतर्गत ) उत्तराखण्ड बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग राज्य में बच्चों के अधिकारों की रक्षा, सरक्षा एवं संवर्धन के लिए कार्यरत एक वैधानिक संस्था है। आयोग का उद्देश्य 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के सभी बच्चों को सुरक्षित वातावरण प्रदान करना तथा उनके सर्वांगीण विकास को सनिश्चित करना है।

शिकायत एवं सहायता : यदि किसी बच्चे के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन हो रहा हो या बाल अधिकारी से संबंधित कोई समस्या या शिकायत हो. तो संबंधित व्यक्ति बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग से संपर्क सकता है। शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम, पोर्क्सो अधिनियम (POCSO), किशोर न्याय अधिनियम, बाल श्रम अधिनियम तथा अन्य बाल अधिकारों से संबंधित काननों के अंतर्गत शिकायतों पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार आयोग को पास है।
