Sub.: Clarification on price movement of equity shares of our Company

We refer to the email dated 27.02.2020, seeking clarification on the significant movement in the price of equity shares of our Company.

In this connection, we wish to state that in the last few days, there was a spurt in transactions and price of our Company's shares at Stock Exchanges and understand from the disclosures submitted by Mr.Gopikishan S Damani to Stock Exchanges with a copy marked to us, that Mr.Gopikishan S Damani along with Persons Acting in Concert has totally acquired 2,25,19,602 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of our Company, constituting 7.27% of the Paid-up Equity Share Capital under open market purchase during 25.02.2020 to 26.02.2020.

Further, we wish to clarify that other than the disclosures already available in the Stock Exchanges, we have no other information / announcement (including impending announcement) to be made, which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price behaviour in the shares of our Company.
