Announcement on the Increase of Share Capital of IPAS Indexo and AS INDEXO Banka

On 6 October 2025, the Register of Enterprises registered the increase of share capital of IPAS Indexo (hereinafter – INDEXO). The total share capital of the Company is EUR 5,596,203. On the same date, 6 October 2025, the Register of Enterprises also registered the increase of share capital of AS INDEXO Banka (hereinafter – INDEXO Banka). The total share capital of INDEXO Banka is EUR 25,039,693.

By executing a closed share issuance and based on the authorisation set forth in the Articles of Association of INDEXO, on 2 October 2025 the Management Board of INDEXO adopted a decision to increase the share capital. As a result, on 6 October 2025 the share capital of INDEXO was increased by EUR 98,522 (ninety-eight thousand five hundred twenty-two euros) by issuing 98,522 (ninety-eight thousand five hundred twenty-two) dematerialised shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 (one euro) each.

The total share capital of INDEXO after the increase is EUR 5,596,203 (five million five hundred ninety-six thousand two hundred three euros).

Based on the resolution adopted at the shareholders’ meeting of INDEXO Banka on 3 October 2025, on 6 October 2025 the share capital of INDEXO Banka was increased by EUR 999,998 (nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-eight euros) by issuing 999,998 (nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-eight) dematerialised shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 (one euro) each.

The total share capital of INDEXO Banka after the increase is EUR 25,039,693 (twenty-five million thirty-nine thousand six hundred ninety-three euros).
