Announcement on the increase of INDEXO share capital

On 30 September 2025, the Register of Enterprises registered the increase of the share capital of IPAS “Indexo” (hereinafter – INDEXO). Following the increase, the Company’s share capital amounts to EUR 5 497 681 EUR. 

INDEXO’s share capital was increased in accordance with the resolutions adopted at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 11 September 2025 to implement the share purchase agreement concluded between INDEXO and IPAS VAIRO.  

As a result, INDEXO’s share capital was increased by EUR 85 714 (eighty-five thousand seven hundred fourteen euros), by issuing 85 714 (eighty-five thousand seven hundred fourteen) new shares. After the issue, the total share capital of INDEXO is EUR 5 497 681 (five million four hundred ninety-seven thousand six hundred eighty-one euros).
