About the transactions with IPAS “Indexo” shares in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 596/2014

On December 15, 2025, IPAS "Indexo" received notifications about the transaction with IPAS "Indexo" shares from persons discharging managerial responsibilities within companies of the INDEXO group. 

On December 15, 2025, Henrik Karmo, Chairman of the Management Board of IPAS "Indexo," Valdis Siksnis, Chairman of the Management Board of INDEXO Bank, and Jānis Mūrnieks, Member of the Management Board of INDEXO Bank, carried out transactions involving IPAS "Indexo" shares.
