Saskaņā ar IPAS "Indexo" (turpmāk – Sabiedrība) ārkārtas akcionāru sapulces 2025. gada XX septembra lēmumu, Sabiedrības statūtos izdarāmi šādi grozījumi:

1. Izteikt Sabiedrības statūtu 3.6. punktu šādā redakcijā:

"3.6. Sabiedrības valde uz laiku līdz 5 (pieciem) gadiem ir pilnvarota palielināt Sabiedrības pamatkapitālu, emitējot jaunas Sabiedrības akcijas apjomā līdz 1 518 367 (viens miljons pieci simti astoņpadsmit tūkstoši trīs simti sešdesmit septiņas) akcijām, atbilstoši Komerclikuma 249. panta 4. daļas noteikumiem."

Statūtu grozījumi Amendments to the Articles of Association

In accordance with the decision of XXnd of September, 2025 of the Extraordinary Shareholder meeting of IPAS "Indexo" (hereinafter – "Company"), the following amendments to the Company's Articles of Association shall be made:

1. To amend point 3.6. of the Articles of Association as follows:

"3.6. The Board of the Company for a period of up to 5 (five) years is authorized to increase the share capital of the Company for the amount up to and not exceeding 1 518 367 (one million five hundred eighteen thousand three hundred sixty-seven) shares, in accordance with the provisions of Article 249 Part 4 of the Commercial Law."
