Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, on July 10, 2025, approved variation in the terms of objects of the issue referred in the prospectus in relation to the terms of utilization of the proceeds received from the Initial Public Offering (IPO), subject to shareholder’s approval through postal ballot, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations.

The Postal Ballot Notice along with the Explanatory Statement will be circulated to the shareholders in due course.
