In continuation of our letter dated September 29, 2023 intimating resignation given by Ms. Manali D. Bijlani, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 31, 2023, we wish to further inform you that she has been relieved from her duties from the close of business hours of October 31, 2023.
Copy of her resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure-1 .
Subsequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, she has also ceased to be a Key Managerial Personnel under regulation 30(5) for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchanges w.e.f. October 31, 2023 (after the Closure of Business Hours).
The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI’s Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, SEBI’s master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI’s Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure2.
