Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we hereby inform you that Mr. Kewal Krishan Kapur (DIN: 00745117) has completed his term of office as Whole-time Director (designated as Chief Executive Officer) of the Company on May 31, 2021, and has ceased to be a Director of the Company.

As informed vide our earlier letter dated May 08, 2021, Mr. Vijay Shrinivas (DIN: 08337007) was appointed as Whole time Director (Key Managerial Personnel designated as Chief Executive Officer) with effect from June 01, 2021 for a period of 3 years, subject to the approval by the Members in the forthcoming AGM. Mr.Shrinivas shall control day-to-day operations of the Company Mr. Vijay Shrinivas is not debarred from holding office of a Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
