Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 50 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) notice is hereby given that meeting of the Board of Directors of Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd. is scheduled to be held on Monday, 18[th] March, 2024 to consider and approve inter-alia redemption of the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the Company prior to their maturity period. The maturity date of these NCDs is 12[th] June, 2024 however it is proposed to repay them on 18[th] March, 2024 after obtaining approval of the Board.
