Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30, 33, 51(2) and any other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (hereinafter “SEBI Listing Regulations”) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, 18[th] March, 2024 have considered and approved the redemption of its 4245 Rated, Listed, Secured, 10% Coupon, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debenture bearing ISIN: INE915B07024, prior to their maturity period. Pursuant to the approval of the Board the Company shall be completing the early redemption of the NCDs in full shortly.
In addition to the NCDs, the Board has also agreed to repay its secured term and working capital facilities as availed from various lenders.
The above information will also be available on the website of the Company i.e. www.indswiftlabs.com.
The Board Meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M and concluded at 04:30 P.M.
