Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Company has completed the acquisition of land admeasuring 17 Bigha, 02 Biswa and 13 Biswasi (approx. 4.25 acres) situated at Village Rampur Sainian, Derabassi, Punjab for a total consideration of Rs. 1.93 Crores for setting up of a new state-of-the-art Research and Development (R&D) Centre.

The seller is a third-party seller and does not belong to the Promoter or Promoter Group / Group Company(ies) and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transaction(s). None of the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, and / or their relative(s) are interested, whether directly / indirectly in the aforesaid matter.
