Sunil Deshmukh, Chief Executive Officer and Sh. Lovekesh Mahajan, Chief Accounts Officer of the Company has come to an end with effect from the closure of business hours on 18[th] March, 2024, pursuant to the successful completion of the slump sale and transfer of their services to M/s. Synthimed Labs Private Limited as per the terms of Business Transfer Agreement dated 6[th] September, 2023.

The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company placed on record their deep appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by both the KMPs viz., Sh. Sunil Deshmukh and Sh. Lovekesh Mahajan.

The information required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular issued vide circular no.
