Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to captioned subject, we wish to inform that the 28[th] Annual General Meeting ['AGM'] of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 30[th] day of September, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM').

Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Notice of Annual General Meeting, containing all the business to be transacted at the meeting for your reference and records.

We also wish to inform that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall be closed from 25[th] September, 2023 to 30[th] September, 2023.

Further, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration Rules), 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing the facility to its members holding shares on cut-off date i.e. 23[rd] September, 2023, to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on all or any of the business specified in the Notice convening the AGM. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) to provide the e-voting facility.
