Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the earlier announcement dated 06[th ] and 14[th] June, 2023 and Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Regulations”), we wish to inform you that, due to non finalization of accounts, we are not able to submit the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31[st] March, 2023, which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, i.e., 21[st] June, 2023 at 04:00 P.M. is now rescheduled on Friday, 30[th] June, 2023 at same place and time.

The agenda item will be in rescheduled board meeting dated Wednesday, 21[st] June, 2023 shall be;

• i) Approval of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.

• ii) To Consider and approve resignation of Director Mr. Hitesh Vinod Kaswa (DIN: 07780844), w.e.f. 14[th] June, 2023 from closing of business hours.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 SEBI (LODR), 2015 this is to inform you that Mr. Hitesh Vinod Kaswa (DIN: 07780844), a Director of the Company has resigned from the position w.e.f. 14[th] June, 2023 due to personal reasons. The resignation is effective from 14[th] June, 2023 .

Further, please find below the details as require under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR:

Detailed reasons for the Resignation of Director as given by the said Director shall be disclosed by the listed entities to the stock exchange: -

• i) As per the Resignation Letter dated 14[th] June, 2023 received from Mr. Hitesh Vinod Kaswa (DIN: 077808 44), the Director, the reason was due to personal reasons.

• ii) The Director shall along with the detailed reasons, also provide a confirmation that there is no other material reason other than those provided.
