Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 28 September 2020 it allotted 3,402,965 new Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 62.52 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around 2 October 2020.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 119,112,526 Ordinary Shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 119,112,526.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure (119,112,526) can be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
