Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 21 June 2018 it allotted and issued 776,067 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 68.50 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around 26 June 2018.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 105,859,040 Ordinary Shares.
