The Income & Growth VCT plc (the "Company")

Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 10 July 2020 it allotted 874,986 new Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 65.5 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around 17 July 2020.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 115,719,561 Ordinary Shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 115,719,561.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure (115,719,561) can be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
