Communication pursuant to Article 15 of the Act of 02.05.2007 - Composition of the capital¹

As a result of the capital increases realised by contribution in kind, Inclusio SA-NV (Euronext Brussels: INCLU) announces that the capital of the Company, on 25th June 2021, amounts to EUR 147,590,600.92 and is represented by 7,428,347 shares without nominal value.

All these shares have voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders and form the new denominator of the participation percentages.
