Inchcape plc - Share repurchase programme

Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that, in connection with the 12 month share buyback programme of up to £100 million which it announced on 30 July 2015, the Company has given irrevocable instructions to Barclays Capital Securities Limited to purchase shares with a value of up to £50 million on the Company's behalf during the period starting on 4 August 2015 and ending no later than 30 December 2015 (the "Period").  The purchase of shares in the Period pursuant to the irrevocable instructions will be executed at all times only in accordance with the Company's authority to make market purchases of its shares.
