Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 23 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 60,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 737.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 731.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 446,128,121 ordinary shares in issue.
