Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 4 December  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 93,200 ordinary shares at an average price of 726.1297 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 449,783,551 ordinary shares in issue.
