Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 28 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 68,300 ordinary shares at an average price of 714.8296 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,158,151 ordinary shares in issue.
