Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 10 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,400 ordinary shares at an average price of 673.8376 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 451,134,551 ordinary shares in issue.
