Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 24 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 71,200 ordinary shares at an average price of 666.186 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 451,905,851 ordinary shares in issue.
