Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 17 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 76,500 ordinary shares at an average price of 622.7626 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 452,245,943 ordinary shares in issue.
