Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 14 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 77,300 ordinary shares at an average price of 621.084 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 452,475,543 ordinary shares in issue.
