Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 8 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 628.1606 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 452,767,943 ordinary shares in issue.
