Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 25 September 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 68,900 ordinary shares at an average price of 684.4796   pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 453,403,943 ordinary shares in issue.
