Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 23 September 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 69,300 ordinary shares at an average price of 679.5000   pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 453,542,643 ordinary shares in issue.
