Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 25 April 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 48,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 632.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 627.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 455,143,688 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
