Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 17 April 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 52,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 631.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 624.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 455,392,352 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
