Inchcape plc - Transactions in Own Shares

Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 21 February 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 150,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 620.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 605.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 457,941,471 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
