Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 16 December 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 118,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 570.4159 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 461,425,498 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
