Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 25 November 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 107,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 598.4083 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 462,880,989 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
