Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 1 November 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 80,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 635.1265 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 464,379,018 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
